The following list of national conferences/seminars will help mail managers to keep current with the latest developments in the industry and provide networking opportunities. This is a partial list of mail conferences and seminars.

Annual Mail Education Forum
This one-day training event for federal mail professionals includes workshops from mail management policy, technology, security, operations, and accountability for postage expenditures. For more information contact derrick.miliner@gsa.gov

MailCom Conference and Exhibition
This semi-annual national trade show is co-sponsored by Mail Systems Management Association and Mail Magazine. It includes vendor displays and training.

National Postal Forum
This semi-annual educational and trade show event for business mailers and key postal officials is sponsored by the U.S. Postal Service. NPF includes business sessions, networking, and an exhibition area displaying the latest products and services.

International Publishing Management Association (IPMA)
Each year IPMA holds an educational conference and exhibit to facilitate the interchange of ideas and experiences between industry professionals.

Pitney Bowes Mail Management Seminars
Offered at the basic, intermediate and advanced level, topics include managing carriers, reply mail, disaster recovery, mail center security, and special services.

Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) 
This course provides Mail Center Management participants with the guidance necessary to boost mail center productivity, increase efficiency, maximize the use of leading-edge technology and enhance results for their department and company.
