These awards honor federal mail employees. The Federal Mail Best Practice Awards are grouped into two categories:

Federal Mail Manager of the Year Award: Recognizes the manager who has implemented mail innovations to improve customer service or reduce agency costs.
Federal Mail Center Excellence Award: Recognizes the team who successfully implemented cost-effective measures, policies, and practices to improve the efficiency and reduce postage costs.
The next bi-annual award will be presented in 2014 with updated information provided in the first quarter.
