Welcome to EUCOM Consolidated

Welcome to your EUCOM Consolidated Exchange which includes all Exchange facilities within Stuttgart, home of the Headquarters European Command. We provide service to all U.S. troops within the U.S. Army Garrison - Stuttgart, and the U.S. Army Garrison Baden -Württemberg (Heidelberg/ Mannheim).
