Special Conditions:
The following conditions apply to the recognition:
Within 30 days of certifying its first products under the NRTL Program, QPS will notify the OSHA NRTL Program Director of this activity so that OSHA may schedule its first audit of QPS. At this first audit of QPS, QPS must demonstrate that it properly conducted testing, review, evaluation, and factory inspections; QPS must conduct factory inspections at the frequency set forth in the applicable NRTL Program policy.
