Special Advisor for International Children’s Issues Ambassador Susan Jacobs will deliver the keynote address at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS) special U.S. citizenship ceremony on November 14, 2011 in Fairfax, Virginia, in commemoration of National Adoption Month.

During this special citizenship ceremony, twenty-five children will be naturalized from nine countries including Bulgaria, Ethiopia, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, China, Guatemala, Liberia, and Vietnam.

The ceremony will be held Monday, November 14, at 9:00 a.m. at the USCIS Washington District Office, 2675 Prosperity Ave, Fairfax, Virginia. Media interested in attending the ceremony should RSVP to: CAPRESSREQUESTS@state.gov or 202-647-1488.
