SECRETARY CLINTON: Prime Minister, I bring best wishes from President Obama who is very committed to following through as you (inaudible) discussed in providing whatever assistance the United States can. We are honored to be of assistance to you during this very difficult period and we are very confident that Japan will recover and will be a very strong economic and global player for years and decades to come. So I wanted to come personally to convey not only our sympathy and our condolence, but our continuing partnership and friendship as well as our strong conviction that there will be a very positive recovery from this and we will offer whatever we can that is appropriate from both our government and our private sector as you guide this recovery forward.
