ASSISTANT SECRETARY CAMPBELL: We still think it's early, and there's much left to be done, and we have enduring concerns. But at the same time we have to reflect on what appears to be substantial steps that are underway inside the country and we hope this will lead Burma/Myanmar towards a better future. And if they take that path the United States and other countries would like to support them towards that better future.
