The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) is the country's oldest fellowship program directly supporting graduate students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. Fellows receive an annual stipend, opportunities for international research and professional development, and have the freedom to conduct their own research at any accredited U.S. institution of graduate education they choose.

In 2012, GRFP is celebrating 60 years with a video contest and more.
