The guide discusses the elements of collaborations, clarifies intellectual property issues, and answers frequently asked questions. A step-by-step process for developing several specific types of collaboration is outlined. Electronic sources of more detailed information are provided along with points-of-contact for each national laboratory of DOE facility.
