The Material Measurement Laboratory's work in electronics provides the underpinning measurement science needed to quantify the composition, structure, properties and dimensions of current and emerging electronic materials and devices, and to assess electronics fabrication routes, in ways that enable development and manufacture of advanced electronics by U.S. industry.
