Click on a state on the map to locate refuges with trails. Click on a refuge name to find a description of each trail, including length, surface, grade, GPS location and special features. Refuge trails may also be designated as National Recreation, Scenic or Historic Trails. Contact individual refuges with questions about particular trails.

New National Recreation Trails

Seven trails on national wildlife refuges have been designated National Recreation Trails by the Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar. The trails are located in Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
