Deborah Lange

Human Resources Generalist

Deborah Lange is a Human Resources Generalist for the Photon Sciences Directorate. Her responsibilities include performance management and performance culture, recruitment and retention, and training and development.
Deborah has been with Brookhaven National Laboratory Human Resources and Photon Sciences since August 2007. Prior to Brookhaven, she held corporate Human Resources positions in private industry, most recently serving as HR Manager for a high tech electronic manufacturer.

Deborah is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in HR Management at SUNY Stony Brook University. She has a B.S. degree from SUNY Oneonta, and she has attained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.
