Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Rick D. West is presented with a 'MCPON Trading Card' during an unveiling ceremony held in his honor at Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) headquarters. Trading cards are used by NAVSUP to circulate information about the Navy, its fleet and its Sailors during public outreach events. West was honored by being the first "by name" trading card published in the series. West'Äôs visit also included a tour of facilities and an all hands call.
