For the past two years, the Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Initiative (NSI)—a comprehensive program that has standardized law enforcement methods for gathering, analyzing, and sharing information about suspicious activities—has provided training, technology, and policies to the law enforcement and public safety community. Our goal is to support the people who play a role in keeping us safe so that they can recognize key indicators of terrorism, and then report and share them appropriately.
