The Construction Focus Four Training consists of lesson plans on each of the Focus Four Hazards. Each lesson plan was developed based on learning objectives; therefore, trainers must:

  • Use these objectives when planning the training;
  • Follow the participatory training model by applying effective training techniques; and
  • Ensure the objectives are measured by testing each student.
