DLA’s Joint Reserve Force is led by a two-star Reserve director with a small full-time staff of active-duty military and civilian personnel in support of reservists assigned throughout the agency. Under the director and deputy director are the divisions of J91 (joint-reserve personnel for each service branch); J94 (joint operations), J95 (joint plans and policy); and J97 (training and readiness). Also reporting to the director are joint-team leaders for the DLA Energy, DLA Land and Maritime, DLA Troop Support, DLA Aviation, DLA Disposition Services and DLA Distribution. Special staff members, including an intelligence officer, judge advocate general, public affairs officer, and senior enlisted leaders, also report to the JRF director.
