It is important that you be thoroughly familiar with and use your Navy Career Tools. If you do not use them you will miss the opportunities and advantages provided for you.
Get started by downloading the Sailor Career Toolbox (updated 1 JUN 2012) information sheet (click hyperlink on the right) and use it to establish your accounts. Links provided below take you to the online systems that form your Career Toolbox.
