Update of Codes for the Republic of Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia, DSCA 06-52 [SAMM E-Change 68]

DSCA Memorandum I-06/011414-POL, "Assignment of Codes "MJ" for the Republic of Montenegro, and "RB" for the Republic of Serbia, DSCA 06-42 [SAMM E-Change 63]," 20 Sep 2006
Effective immediately, SAMM Table C4.T2., Country, International Organization, and Regional Codes and FMS eligibility, is updated as follows:

The Department of State has confirmed that the Republic of Serbia remains eligible for Foreign Military Sales. Code "RB" will be used for new programs effective the date of this memorandum. Code "YI" for Serbia and Montenegro will be discontinued. Code "S2" for Serbia will remain inactivated. Montenegro is currently not eligible for Foreign Military Sales. Code "MJ" should be used to track Montenegrin students through the Training Management System and the Security Assistance Network Web.
This change supercedes the referenced memo and will be included in the automated version of the SAMM found on the DSCA Web Page as SAMM E-Change 68.
