"The funds financing this LOA are provided in support of authority to [insert Purpose].

1. The funds are subject to all the requirements and restrictions specified under [insert Program Authority and Appropriation Authority, if different].

2. The funds are expended from the financing source upon transfer into the FMS Trust Fund and remain available for disbursement consistent with [insert Fund Source]. This is the only source of funding for costs associated with this LOA. Neither DSCA nor the IA has other funds legally available to them for this requirement or for any costs that exceed the value of this LOA.

3. If services are required, a period of performance termination date on which services must be completed is specified in the FAA Section 632(b) MOA.

4. The total funds available for expenditure against this LOA are limited to the total estimated cost of this LOA."
