Update of Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Table C4.T2. Countries, Regional Groupings, and International Organizations with Revised Combatant Command and Region Groupings, DSCA Policy 08-28 [SAMM E-Change 114]

This memorandum revises the SAMM by updating Table C4.T2., "Countries, Regional Groupings, and International Organizations with Revised Combatant Command and Region Groupings," to reflect transition of the referenced countries to AFRICOM when it becomes an independent unified command on October 1, 2008. A footnote change is also made to reflect the date security cooperation responsibilities for the Bahamas will transition from SOUTHCOM to NORTHCOM.

Effective October 1, 2008, Table C4.T2. will be updated as attached. The Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and 1200 System will be updated to reflect the changes in the attachment.
