This note supports detectable warnings of potentially hazardous traffic conditions to assist individuals with visual and/or audible handicaps. We provide visible and audible warnings for the benefit of our citizens. It is both wise and humane to provide alternative physical protections for those in need. To ignore this need would be unthinkable in a civil society.
Thank you for your attention to this need.
Sincerely,
David A. Cornell
