New DoDEA Immunization Requirements for SY 2012-13

Before enrolling in a Department of Defense school, students are required to have the following immunizations. Parents/Sponsors can use a fillable form (located on the DoDEA website) to compile all information.

Volunteers needed

We would love to have your help! To become a Van Voorhis School Volunteer, just follow these directions. Please read the instructions carefully, then complete all necessary forms. Print the forms, sign them, and take them to the Executive Services office, Rm 14 East Wing, Crittenberger Central Office, Bldg 4553 (located next to the Patton Museum and Keyes Park).
