Their contacts with American businesses and institutions allows important cultural and economic exchanges to develop.

The United States places particular importance on the hundreds of thousands of foreign students who come to study at our colleges and universities. Whichever case may apply to you, the Consular Section of the Embassy will work with you to facilitate this travel in accordance with American law.
