DESCRIPTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Renewal of Inquisite Software System for FY2011. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

The solicitation/synopsis reference number is E65956X is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-47. Contractors shall submit a unit price and a total price for the item included in this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Items will be shipped to The National Science Foundation in Arlington, VA  22230.
