The ISE is coordinated and facilitated by the Office of the Program Manager, Information Sharing Environment (PM-ISE) and built and operated by ISE mission partners. Those who facilitate this work have diverse backgrounds. The office of the PM-ISE seeks a mission passionate, self-starting, technology-savvy project manager and subject matter expert who is looking for a challenging assignment with a small, high-impact office that directly supports and interacts daily with Executive Offices of the President. This is an exciting reimbursable, rotational (detailee) position that is Intelligence Community Joint Duty eligible. The position will provide professional growth opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in areas of enterprise architecture, interoperability standards, information sharing, data architecture, and inter-agency collaboration. We are particularly interested in an individual who has familiarity working with civilian, industry or defense enterprise architecture frameworks, has conducted business process analysis and requirements definition, has experience with strategic planning and facilitation, understands how to develop a transition roadmap addressing milestones and dependencies, and/or has assisted in performance measurement (definition and tracking of performance metrics). This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with with Executive Offices of the President, Federal, State, local, and tribal governments, the private sector, and international partners within the law enforcement, intelligence, defense homeland security, and diplomatic communities to identify high priority projects and reference implementations that align to the ISE Enterprise Architecture Framework.
