3/24/2011 - Staff Sgt. Raul Vierness watches 20 millimeter rounds cycle through a linkless ammunition loading system March 23, 2011, at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Once the round has gone through the LAL system, they can be inspected. Sergeant Vierness is an ammunition supply point technician assigned to the 455th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron.
