Find a Support Group or Contact
Across the U.S. and Canada, Support Groups bring people together to share their feelings about living with RLS, discuss ways to communicate with their families, friends and healthcare providers, and learn about the latest treatments.
If there isn't a Support Group in your area, you can check to see if there is a Contact nearby. Contacts are individuals who have volunteered to offer support by phone or email to people in their area who are looking for RLS information, resources and support. They do not offer meetings, but they can assist you in finding help where you live.
