Please note that many OIG reports are available to the public and are published on our reports page and they can be easily downloaded and printed.
Requesting Records from the OIG
In order to make a request under the FOIA/PA for records maintained by the VA Office of Inspector General, your request:
- Should be in writing,
- should be signed,
- should reasonably describe the information you are seeking (including any specific information such as a report number or hotline number), and
- should be mailed to the following address:
