Change Management

DTMO has a formal change management program that provides DoD with a structured plan and process for identifying and administering changes to commercial travel requirements. Proposed changes are reviewed for consideration by two Governance Boards composed of O-6 and O-8 level government representatives, or their equivalent. Requests submitted to DTMO adhere to the change management process and are managed by a democratic forum.

• The DTMO Change Management Plan is a guide for understanding the DTMO change management program and defines responsibilities of key entities and the scope of the change management program

DoD Services and Agencies are encouraged to advocate their ideas to DTMO through their designated representatives for improving current systems, policies, and procedures.
