In support of the DAU mission as depicted by the Performance Learning Model (PLM), DAU Mission Assistance (MA) ensures the right people are available to provide the right products and services at the right time in response to requests for support by the DoD AT&L work force and Industry partners. DAU provides practical, rapidly delivered business solutions offered to students and their organizations through on-site Consulting, Facilitated Decision Making, Rapid Deployment Training, and Targeted Training.

Mission Assistance Process

The process to obtain Mission Assistance can begin with a discussion with a member of the DAU faculty, or a telephone call or e-mail to one of the Associate Deans for Outreach and Mission Assistance listed above, to include the POC at the Defense Systems Management College, School of Program Management (DSMC/SPM) at 703-805-5196. As the request for support develops into a Consulting or Targeted Training event, DAU will gather the needed project information, scope, applicable charges, and a DD1144 Support Agreement will be prepared for both parties to sign.
