FCC RELEASES AGENDA FOR NOVEMBER 20, 2009,

STAFF WORKSHOP ON DISTRACTED DRIVING

Washington, DC -- The Commission has released the agenda for the November 20, 2009,
Staff Workshop on Distracted Driving. The Workshop will begin at 9:00 a.m. at FCC
Headquarters, 445 12th St., SW, Washington, DC, in the Commission Meeting Room.
Two panels will discuss technologies that could play a role in reducing the risk of
distracted driving, while the third panel will explore consumer incentives for reducing distracted
driving. An agenda for the Workshop is attached. A live webcast will be available at the FCC's
website at http://www.fcc.gov/live/upcoming-events.html#nov20.
