This tool once downloaded can be used to determine the vaccines you need according to the Adolescent Immunization Schedule.
This tool was designed in close collaboration with the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Instructions
Based on the Immunization Schedule for older children 7 through 18 years of age
Installation:
1. Click the "DOWNLOAD NOW" button below to begin the installation.
2. Do one of the following:
- To start the installation immediately, click "Run" and follow instructions on screen.
- To save the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click the "Save" button. **
- To cancel the installation, click the "Cancel" button.
To Start the Scheduler:
- From Desktop: Locate AdolescentScheduler.exe icon on your desktop and double-click it.
- From Start Menu: Click Start->Programs->AdolescentScheduler.exe
** Note: If you are downloading in a corporate environment, you may not have elevated privileges to do so. Please contact your PC Administrator who should be able to help you with the download.
Disclaimer: This immunization schedule is based on the 2012 Recommended Adolescent Immunization Schedule recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American College of Physicians. This schedule provides generally recommended dates for immunizations based on your birth date. If you have questions or concerns, consult your physician or other healthcare professional for advice about your immunization schedule.
