"StarTalk", a call-in science show, bridges the gap between pop culture and pop science with clarity, humor and passion. Captivating subjects--such as space travel, extraterrestrial life, the big bang, the future of our Earth and the environment, and breaking news from the universe--are all to be explored.
"StarTalk" is hosted by renowned astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, director of New York's Hayden Planetarium, and host of NOVA ScienceNOW. Tyson is joined each week on "StarTalk" by a co-host comedian. Chiming in with irreverent and pointed humor, the co-host will represent the "everyman" and bring science down to Earth. The program also features special guests ranging from scientists to authors to celebrities. "StarTalk" airs every Sunday at 6 p.m. Eastern time. Visit "StarTalk's" website at http://www.startalkradio.net/ for more station details and information.
