Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) reports to the Director of the CIA and oversees all activities necessary to support and shape the future of the Agency’s workforce.  We build and shape our workforce around the intelligence needs of our nation.  We are a diverse team of professionals dedicated to serving our mission by investing in our people.
