Three-day mission
Staff Sgt. Jeremiah Thompson secures the chains after loading Lithuanian army vehicles on a C-17 Globemaster III Dec. 9, 2010, at Kabul, Afghanistan. The mission to deliver supplies will span about 7,000 miles covering the countries of Hungary, Poland, Afghanistan and Lithuania with more than 75,000 tons of cargo. 12/22/2010 - PAPA AIR BASE, Hungary (AFNS)  -- Members from the Heavy Airlift Squadron here participate in a three-day mission spanning 7,000 miles covering the countries of Hungary, Poland, Afghanistan and Lithuania with more than 75,000 tons of cargo Dec 8.
