UNDERSECRETARY OF COMMERCE TO DELIVER COMMENCEMENT ADDRESS AT FRANKLIN PIERCE LAW CENTER

Q. Todd Dickinson, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, will deliver the commencement address at Franklin Pierce Law Center on Saturday, May 20, 2000, in Concord, N.H.

Franklin Pierce Law Center is considered to have one of the top intellectual property programs in the country. According to U.S. News and World Report, in its latest edition of America's Best Graduate Schools 2001, Franklin Pierce Law Center is ranked among the top five law schools in the nation for the study of intellectual property law. This marks the ninth consecutive year that Franklin Pierce, the smallest, nationally accredited independent law school, has been named among the top five at number three for the study of intellectual property in the magazine's annual rankings.
