Patent and Trademark Experts to Advise Midwest Entrepreneurs on Protecting Intellectual Property

Chicago, IL - The Northwestern University School of Law and the National Inventor's Hall of Fame have joined forces with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to host the Midwest region's premier conference for aspiring inventors and entrepreneurs. The Chicago Regional Independent Inventors Conference is set to take place in Chicago on July 28-29 and will bring together the nation's leading intellectual property experts as well as some of the nation's most inspiring inventors.

During the two-day seminar, experts from various fields will provide entrepreneurs, inventors and business-owners with useful tips to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights in the United States and around the world. Topics for sessions include application preparation, patent searching, licensing and intellectual property, commercializing your idea and resources, grants and funding. .

WHAT

Chicago Regional Inventors Conference - Seasoned patent and trademark examiners will conduct workshops and hold one-on-one meetings with attendees during the conference. The $90 registration fee includes all sessions and presentations, refreshments, lunch and a networking reception on Friday night.
