- Programs conducted to educate business mailers on postal products, services, procedures, and policies to help them grow their business.

2012 Premier PCC Program
The Premier PCC Program provides a set of national standards for PCC excellence and address the PCC Network’s core growth strategy: to “implement and leverage network best practices to create business growth opportunities for PCC members and the U.S. Postal Service.”
Based on these national standards, PCCs will be recognized as performing at a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Level.
PCCs should self-nominate for Premier Program recognition. Those who submit validated nominations will be recognized at local PCC events on National PCC Day.

For 15 or more years of service, refer to the Recognizing PCC Executive Board Members document mentioned earlier.
PCC Industry Co-Chair Recognition
Thank You Letter: Signed by the Postmaster General to CEO / President. Letter will be sent to CEO / President, with approval of the industry co-chair, at the time he or she takes office.
Complete the “Thank You Letter Request Form” and send it to PCC@usps.gov.
