Nevada Fight Fraud

Nevada, and Las Vegas in particular, has had the unfortunate distinction of leading the nation in the number of home foreclosures over the past year.
It is estimated that over 40,000 people in the state are notified of a mortgage default each month.  Frustrated with their lending institutions, they feel they have no one to help them.

Nevada has been targeted by unscrupulous groups and individuals preying on people desperate for help and solutions.   These groups and individuals are spending large amounts of money using various media to lure people into their programs.
