    Annual Meeting of Members

The 55th Annual Meeting of the members will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at the Westfield's Marriott, 14750 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect two directors. This meeting will also serve to transact any other business as may properly come before the meeting.

MBA directors must be insured members of the Association. They are elected by the membership for three-year terms and serve without compensation. The board represents all branches of the uniformed services, but no more than two of the seven directors may be from the same branch of service. This year the nominees will represent the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Biographies of the nominees are presented in the issue of LifeNotes which is being mailed to all members along with the 2012 Proxy Ballot.

If you choose to vote for an eligible member not recommended by the nominating committee, write the name in the space provided on your proxy ballot. You may also long onto your online account to vote.
