BCT and Chemical AIT for enlisted and OCS

I was wondering how Often new BCT classes form?
Is a continious thing with new classes forming all the time. Also HAs anybody had any experience with the chemical school coruses? How oftern are these offered every year? I ask because Ai may have the chgance to go OCS and I am interested in the Chemical route.
