Dr. Soner Cagaptay, Senior Fellow and Director of the Turkish Research Program at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy was a guest speaker for the EUCOM Forum for International Affairs Speaker Series Dec. 15. His lecture addressed the current political environment in Turkey and explored Turkey's role in global politics and relationship to NATO.
