Fort Belvoir Exchange is proud to serve the best customers in the world in our many facilities on post. Come and visit today. We want to be our customer’s first choice by providing high quality goods and services at the lowest price.

Most of our facilities are new or newly renovated. The main Exchange boasts Alexandre of London, Victoria Secret, Coach and Godiva shops. It’s also one of the region’s top stores for linens, fragrances, jewelry, and cosmetics. The Home & Garden Center on South Post has the “Home with Bassett” furniture gallery, Craftsman tools, and a bustling Garden Shop. The Class Six/Express on North Post is the region’s preferred locations for wine, beer and liquor. Rounding out the Fort Belvoir Exchange offerings are the Military Clothing Store, South Post Express and service station, Exchange Restaurant area in the mall, and a large number of long- and short-term concessionaires. Last year the Exchange at Fort Belvoir generated $2,494,607 dividends for MWR program for 2010.

Our managers and associates concentrate on five basics:

There are a variety of ways to provide feedback on how well we’re meeting these objectives. The customer comment program is alive and well in all our operations. A meet the manager session is held monthly at the Main Exchange. We like to chat with our customers. The Exchange/Commissary Advisory Council meets quarterly. The Exchange sits on the panel at every Town Hall Meeting. The Mystery Shopper program is available to sign up for on  www.shopmyexchange.com.
