General Breedlove is a key participant of the 2012 Combatant Commander's Conference, which takes place August 22 and 23 at the Joint Multinational Training Command, or JMTC, in Grafenwoehr, Germany is hosted by the United States Army in Europe and brings Europe's combatant commanders and senior enlisted advisor's together to discuss issues, challenges and opportunities to develop interoperability and unity of effort.
