In order to assist transmission providers in complying with the planning-related obligations of Order No. 890, and ensure that the planning procedures are developed with customer and stakeholder participation, Commission staff is holding another round of technical conferences to aid transmission providers in developing tariff language that specifically identifies the rights and obligations of the transmission providers and their customers in the planning process.

Each transmission provider should email Commission staff with an electronic link to its draft Attachment K proposal at 890Planning.attachK@ferc.gov as soon as such proposal is posted on the transmission provider's web site. Links to those sites will be posted below.
