DoDEA Pacific Area Office has one Supervisory Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) who serves as the principle Special Education Coordinator, and a non-supervisory ISS Special Education Coordinator. The Special Education Coordinators provide technical assistance and guidance to the districts and schools throughout the Pacific region on special education matters. In addition to the coordinators, the department consists of four other Instructional Systems Specialists: two Autism Consultants and two Assistive Technology Consultants.
