How it works
Grant reviewers give their time and expertise. HRSA makes all logistical arrangements, pays travel expenses and other costs, and tries to make the process convenient and easy for reviewers. HRSA conducts reviews in several formats to accommodate your schedule:
- In person: two-to four-day meetings, usually in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Reviewers discuss applications they have independently reviewed and scored.
- By teleconference: one-to three-day phone calls. Reviewers discuss applications they have independently reviewed and scored;
- Field reviews: Reviewers independently review and score applications. No group discussion is held.
