The office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) provides vital logistic support to the Department's program offices and other support offices in meeting their mission needs and provides leadership throughout the Department for fundamentally sound business practices.

Atlanta Contracting Operations is responsible for field component procurement needs in the Caribbean and the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
