Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement Senior Advisor to the Director

Tommy P. Beaudreau Biography

Tommy P. Beaudreau is a Senior Advisor to the Director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE). At BOEMRE, Mr. Beaudreau plays an integral role in implementing the Bureau’s aggressive reform agenda with respect to the regulation of offshore oil and gas development, including the reorganization of the former Minerals Management Service. Prior to his work at BOEMRE, Mr. Beaudreau was a partner at the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. He clerked in a federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Beaudreau is a graduate of Yale University and received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
