Senior Enlisted Advisor's Mission

The Senior Enlisted Advisor has a critical role in today's Military Healthcare System. These trusted advisors converse with senior leadership regarding the challenges faced by today's military personnel. In addition, efforts are focused to address key issues affecting the quality of life and readiness of the force. Information sharing and cooperative problem-solving allows the senior enlisted community to provide their perspectives on their key issues confronting our military forces.
